Every Monday join us for in-person guided meditation. This simple and effective technique is a foundational practice to strengthen focus, relaxation, and stress relief.
Developed by Founder Gudni Gudnason, after over 35 years of traveling the world and studying ancient mindfulness techniques with prominent teachers in India and Tibet. This technique combines ancient methods with modern neurolinguistic programming to assist the body in relaxing and reaching deeper states of meditation for both beginners and experienced meditators.
Each session combines:

- Cultivating a quiet mind
- Mindfulness practice
- Guided visualization
If mind chatter is a challenge, this technique will introduce you to a powerful method of quieting the mind and reaching a state of stillness. Practicing stillness is a key to accessing the many benefits of meditation.
Remember: meditation is a practice, and everyone can do it. We all have thoughts our minds, and that is part of the deal. As you work with these tools it will get easier to quiet your mind.
